What can I do to prevent damage to my luggage?
My luggage is damaged, when I travel. It is usually something minor, such as have wheels or a broken belt off, but once I had a large hole drilled in the side of my bag and all my clothes spills. This is not just an occasional episode. It happens probably once every two or three flights to take. No one else I know has this problem so frequently, and I wonder if there is anything I could do to avoid it. I'm not overpacking bags. I also use fairly good quality luggage, but I still SAMAG. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
Do you have any complaint the airport or airline or insurance? Regarding the previous post – will not be allowed to end your suitcase before boarding an aircraft. Customs and security will certainly be * cut open to check things. However, you can claim a clear bag from check-in.
